Summary of Qualifications:

· Solid law enforcement background in both field operations and administrative functions, over 25 years of experience, retired as a Detective Sergeant with expertise in surveillance, interview and interrogation, major crimes investigations, pre-employment background interviews and investigations, narcotics investigations, alcoholic beverage control investigations and internal affairs investigations concerning personnel and disciplinary matters

· Instinctive protection capability, over 28 years of bodyguard and event security experience, trained in risk / threat assessment and skilled in the art of self defense

· Strong analytical and problem solving aptitude, adept at working under pressure and handling crisis and emergency situations, licensed to carry a firearm

· Highly motivated, intuitive and results oriented, capable of coordinating and carrying out complex and varied assignments and responsibilities with maximum efficiency

· Excellent leadership, supervisory and communication skills, a team player with the proven ability to motivate and interact with all levels of management, staff, clients and society

· Tactical, discreet, decisive and fiscally responsible; with an established record of client satisfaction and successful endeavors
